Adult Day Training (ADT)
ADT provides weekday activities and care for persons 18 and older with Down syndrome, Autism, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy as well as physical and developmental disabilities. We provide refreshments and snacks daily. Our ADT provides a meaningful and fun curriculum for our consumers. We have arts and crafts activities, music/karaoke/dance activities, yoga and exercise group, games movie days as well as field trips weekly throughout our community.
Transportation
Our drivers are licensed and trained to drive safely and handle our consumers with care. We assist our consumers with driving them to and from our (ADT) or to their own day program. We also assist with transportation to and from medical appointments. Compassion, safety and professionalism is what defines our driving service. Let us know about your transportation needs today.
Personal Support
Services that provide essential daily living needs inside the individuals home. Personal supports assist with hygiene, meal planning, and preparation, housekeeping, and grocery shopping.
Life Skills & Development I
Services consist of non-medical, supervision and socialization with activities, provided to an individual on a one on one basis, or an a group minimum of three individuals while accessing the community.
Respite
Services that provide supportive care and supervision to an individual during the absence of their primary caregiver.
Supportive Living Coaching (SLC)
Services and assist individual with their goals, personal finances, medical appointments, household chores, promoting independence through social and adaptive skills, necessary for individual to reside on their own. This service is available 24 hours seven days a week.
